London Tales 19
Hey fellas, how u doing?
nobody is writing anymore on this blog, and nobody is charging the latest episodes...i mean the previous ones that i haven't listened yet.
By the way since i came back here in London i definitely changed my work..and finally today we opened properly. ASSAGGINI ASSAGGINI ASSAGGINI..in the Lore's way!!!
During these weeks we had a proper training about health and safety measures, cocktails, food and wines of course! It was really nice, even if i had some tests like in school about those things...lol during the wines tasting i was almost drunk!!!
Yesterday there was the big opening party with more than 600 people eating 5400 canapés, drinking more than 300 Moretti, more than 100 Aperol, more than 100 bottles of white wine and 200 bottles of prosecco..
I found really good guys working here and that's good. And you know what? Our chef is the inventor of the Tagliata!!! lol
In the last days some people came to London: Jonny, Davide e Vale the first ones...than Gabri and Dome, and finally Marco Grisenti..we really had a blast...but my liver is not so happy!!!
Anyway guys if u want to drink a proper Spritz or try the Mojito Sbagliato or other AMAZING cocktails when u are in London come to Assaggini, in Haymarket!

cmq non ho capito, com'è possibile che sia l'inventore della tagliata?! ti stava trollando e non te ne sei accorto!
l'ha inventata nel 1981 quasi per caso...un giorno poi v spiegherò..cmq mi ha fatto vedere una rivista dove gli veniva riconosciuta questa cosa..peccato per lui che nn ha royalties o cmq un cazzo come "diritto d'autore" o robe del genere, se no sai quanti soldi???!!!
